Florida Real estate - are you nuts?

I have to wonder, with all the hurricanes going on lately, what is going to happen with realestate in Florida? I mean, I have some family that moved out of Florida after the 2004 debacle, now I see on tv another hurricane is coming. Wilma. It's got 175 mph winds right now. What would you do if you lived there? How can you possibly relax. How can you get insurance? What insurance company would possible insure someone in that state right now? My grandparents just moved out of Orlando. They sold their Orlando Real Estate for a huge gain. Do you think the buyers overpaid? That market is overheated as it is. If hurricanes will cause a rollback in prices a lot of people are fucked.

Cigar Growing Regions

The cigar smokers compendium blog, from a canadian cigar enthusiast, has a great, but brief, overview of some of the finest growing regions in the world. Of course, I'm partial to the Dominican area, but he covers all the big ones. Good information if you have time.
